What can I say? A formidable success! Our first meetup since the site redesign was above and beyond our expectations. New friends, old faces and a complete new venue. Tweetmeetup is certainly in a good shape and the meetup yesterday broke our previous attendee record (20+ people). Next week there is a meetup organized by our friends in Malmö and we wish them the best of luck and sizable turn up!
The site is still very fresh and there is certainly more to come (and soon!) so keep checking back. We are especially looking into ways to help ease spreading the word of your meetups, keeping users who signed up for attendance in the loop for updates and to help you archive and display videos and pictures from your meetups for others to see. We are also looking forward to your own ideas if you have any. If so, please contact us at: ideas@tweetmeetup.com.
